An integrative space
where women return home-
back to themselves.

This is not a space to become better.
This is a space to inhabit yourself.

Stop.

Breathe.

Feel.

And allow life to respond.

A safe place where you can simply just – BE.

An Integrative Space...

…means nothing in a woman is treated as separate.

The body is not separate from emotions.
The nervous system is not separate from choices.

Inner change is not separate from daily life.

Here, we don’t work on parts of you.
We work with you as a whole.

Integrative is not a method.
It is a way of seeing a woman as a living system.

And supporting her return to herself —
so her life can reorganize naturally, from within.

So that she can finally be who she really is.

Maybe You Are Tired

of always going that extra mile

of ambitions that aren’t even yours

of proving
your worth

of endless responsibilities and unfinished tasks

of fulfilling expectations that don’t belong to you

Maybe everything works on the outside,
but inside there is emptiness.

Your body no longer agrees to force.
It feels tired.
Saturated.

I am Maja Arslanagic,

an integrative coach supporting women in returning to themselves .

My work grew out of my own journey of returning to myself — through years of inner work, body awareness, and holistic healing.
What began as a personal search for healing of endometriosis, inner peace, fulfillment and weight regulation, naturally became a professional path.

I am Associate Certified Coach (ICF) and Certified International Health Coach (IAHC) with over 18 years of personal journey into holistic health, and 25 additional certifications in nutrition, mind, energy and emotional work, as well as holistic wellbeing.

I hold a private 1:1 space for women in transition — a calm, structured environment where clarity, regulation and inner authority emerge from within.

Beneath All That, You Are...

enough
present
already whole, even if tired
carrying the capacity to move toward what you want

not through struggle
but through clarity, contact, and inner movement

not by becoming someone else
but by inhabiting who you already are

Here, we don’t learn how to do more.
Here, we learn how to stop —
and listen.

My Way Of Holding Space Is

quiet  |  present  |  grounded  |  warm  |  but deeply alive

without pushing – without proving

Straight.  |  Simple.   |  True.   |  Authentic.

Manifesto Of Returning

I don’t have to run to be worthy.
My presence is enough.

I don’t have to follow other people’s definitions of success.
I can feel what is true for me.

I don’t have to prove myself to authorities or hierarchies.
My inner authority is alive.

My path is simple, calm, and clear.
If it is complicated — it is not mine.

This Work Is For Women Who Are
Aware, Capable And Exhausted.

They don’t need another method.
They need permission to stop.
And space to feel themselves again.

This is for women who feel that an old way of living and relating no longer fits.
Who sense they are outgrowing the woman they had to become.

“I am not going anywhere.
I am returning to myself.”

WHEN RETURNING IS NO LONGER ENOUGH

Many women arrive here tired.
And returning is where it must begin.

But there is a moment in this work when something deeper appears.

A woman begins to see not only how disconnected she has been —
but how much she has been carrying.

Other people’s emotions.
Other people’s stability.
Other people’s lives.

She begins to see how often love became responsibility.
How being “strong” became an identity.
How being “good” quietly replaced being true.

And there comes a moment when returning is no longer enough.

A moment when a woman must stop living as the ground for everyone else —
and begin to live as a woman with her own ground.

This work is not only about rest.

It is about the reorganization of a woman’s inner position in her life.

From carrier — to sovereign.
From function — to woman.
